Jennifer’s executive search background encompasses senior level engagements for insurance, financial services and professional firms. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has conducted work for public and private companies as well as private-equity-backed and not-for-profit entities.
Leveraging 25 years’ experience and a broad network, Jennifer successfully helps organizations execute on their talent acquisition strategies. Her strategic talent management experience encompasses global executive search and talent acquisition structuring expertise, which allows Jennifer to offer personalized consultation and a customized client experience with proven results.
Before launching her own practice, Jennifer's previous executive search experience includes Heidrick & Struggles, CTPartners and Korn/Ferry International. The foundation of her success comes from leading recruiting initiatives for investment banking firms Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Lehman Brothers.
